How it works - Wenpius Custom Order

  1. Selection - Choose an item you would like to print on - focus on pieces of clothing you own but don’t wear anymore, think of adding them back into your wardrobe. Alternatively, find a listing online of an item you would like to purchase for the project.
  2. Item Confirmation - Send photos  (whole garment, fabric close up, composition label) of the garment you own or the ebay/vinted/depop listing to studio@wenpius.co.uk or via Instagram DM @wenpius for a confirmation of suitability - not every garment will work.
  3. A - if you’re purchasing an item: we will send you our address via email. Purchase the item before you purchase the prints, and send it to our address. B - if you’re using your own item, proceed to next step.
  4. Purchase the prints on the website.
  5. You will receive an email with a form to fill out, asking you your order number, which prints you've chosen, and about your preferences for positioning. If you haven't sent the item yet, you will receive an address now for you to send the item.* You will need to cover this postage cost. The choice of prints here is final and can't be changed later.
  6. After the Wenpius team receives your item we will contact you with a final confirmation of the project before printing.
  7. After your confirmation, the printing process begins. Allow 5-7 working days for production.
  8. The finished garment will be sent out to you. This shipping cost will be free of charge for all UK orders, and for EU orders over 80£. If you are based outside the UK, please be aware that a customs charge could be added, which you will be responsible for.

 * Why are there two different sending times? Deciding on prints and positioning will be easier if you can hold the item in your hand, see yourself in the mirror etc.

The reason why customers who purchase items are asked to send it before ordering prints, is that we would like to avoid someone else buying the item.

“Making a successful luxury brand in nine years is genius. It’s a feat that I admire and hope to continue building upon with a rich legacy. He revolutionised streetwear and luxury that crosses generations and decades. He showed the world that the underrepresented, the underdogs and Black people, in particular, have brilliant minds and can push and compete equally in the establishment. He inspired hope and brought about change.” - Ibrahim Kamara, Art&Image Director Off-White™
